4th week

I have started my fourth week of marathon training!  My last long run was 7 miles and mostly painless.  One of my toes is bothering me after I run so I may need to tape it to it's neighbor.  Not sure if that will help or not, but worth a try.  Tonight I have to run 4 miles and Saturday I will do a step back long run of 5 miles.  The next Saturday is 9 miles.  Haven't done that in quite a while.  The short runs in the middle of the week truly help the hard weekend runs.  I can feel my body adjusting to its needs.  I scheduled my 20 miler in November.  Hopefully the weather will be cool and running will be easier.
