Saturday & Sunday

Got started this weekend on training.  Saturday morning( 6/1) I did about a 2 mile walk/run and last night (6/2) I did 2.5 miles walk/run.  It was so nice to get back in the groove again.  I know it will be a very long road.  Very long.  Starting to run again is humbling.  Last night's run was a little better than Saturday.  I'm going again tomorrow and hope to be able to run 2 by Saturday without walking.  I pinned some runner yoga and did a few stretches last night to open up my hips.  I'm hoping that sticking with the stretching will ease any IT band issues that are certain to crop up once I get around mile 7.
I've been working on my playlist.  How does one get enough songs for 26.2??  I know when I did my first 13.1 I actually got tired of listening to music.  That problem my work itself out.

new earphones
shorts
tanks
good socks

Academy is in my future.  Don't need the high dollar stuff--just the comfortable stuff--which inevitably leads to high dollar.
